Friday Wellness Walk

This week at the Houston Arboretum! Join Urban Paths on a free Wellness Walk. Anyone and everyone is invited to walk through the park while discussing topics including mental and physical health as well as the benefits of being exposed to nature. Friendly pups on leash are always welcome.

Walk departs at 9am meet at The Arboretum Woodway parking lot 4501 Woodway Drive- look for the Urban Paths big blue van.
