Join Urban Paths on a free Wellness Walk. Anyone and everyone is invited to walk through the park while discussing topics including mental and physical health as well as the benefits of being exposed to nature. Friendly pups on leash are always welcome.
Walk departs at 6:30PM at 1500 Hermann Drive, in front of the entrance to McGovern Centennial Gardens and covers approximately 3 miles in 1.5 hours.
