Hermann Park Wellness Walk

6:30pm-8:00pm

Join Urban Paths on a free Wellness Walk sponsored by Hermann Park! Anyone and everyone is invited to walk through the park while discussing topics including mental and physical health as well as the benefits of being exposed to nature. Friendly pups on leash are always welcome.

Walk departs at 6:30PM at 1500 Hermann Drive, in front of the entrance to McGovern Centennial Gardens and covers approximately 3 miles in 1.5 hours.

Experience Includes:

  • Spanish language interpreter

  • Water in refillable aluminum bottle for all participants

  • FREE parking in the McGovern Centennial Garden Parking lot
